“Very convenient to both Tracy and Monteagle, the area was quiet, with many choses of units depending on your needs. the only thing I would change about the Teddy Bear unit is the window covering over the entry door, since it brings you into the bedroom. I would have preferred a dark cover to allow for less morning light. And thank you for a real coffee pot all be it small better than PODS.”

“This little cottage was so clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of nice bath towels, the paper towels and tissue were good & not the cheap thin stuff, the kitchen was well stocked and the location is perfect. It was nice and quiet and in a safe area. I wish the outside table had been outside instead of inside. It was a little small to eat at. “We visited the area for a festival and picked this location since it was in-town and close to the festival. We stayed with some friends, and it worked out perfectly. This property was clean and clearly renovated. The furniture was tasteful and not cluttered (just what you needed for your visit). The AC worked well and the rainfall shower in the master bathroom was too relaxing (spent too much time in there).
