We had an amazing experience staying at Todd’s Place. It’s a great location that’s close to the beach. The house was spotless clean with everything we needed for the week. Most of all, our wonderful hosts that helped make the stay extra special. We look forward to coming back to Harbour Island and staying at Todd’s Place again.

We loved our host "family" at Todd's Place. They were attentive and always available if we needed anything. The house is very spacious, yet cozy, and it was spotless. We loved the closet full of clean towels and precious beach bags for our use. They had a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of drinking water and coffee products. They also brought us some delicious cupcakes!! Good location, but a golf cart is recommended. Perfect for 8 people!!

Everything about this home was perfect. The owner was so helpful throughout planning and our stay. The home was beautifully cared for and cleaned daily. The location was close to the beach which seemed like a private escape. We will recommend this home to our friends in the future. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Wonderful home and wonderful hosts. The week went by too fast. Super close to the beach. House had everything you would need. Golf cart provided full transport all over the island for us. Our hosts arranged dinner reservations, solved a golf cart issue and provided a daily housekeeper for us. We felt at ease and relaxed without a care in the world during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Expensive but worth it

Fantastic property. Great size, well maintained, good location (Quiet and close to the beach). On the expensive side but daily housekeeping and everything is in great shape inside and out. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful HOUSE! Wonderful HOSTS!

This property is wonderful! It is a few minutes out of town so a golf cart is helpful, though we walked to and from town for coffee each day. The open floor plan was terrific with two large living room areas, a dining room (which we did not use) and a very well-appointed kitchen with a big island that we used constantly. All bedrooms were very large with enormous walk-in closets and with 10 people scrambling to get ready each night for dinner, we never ran out of hot water! The house was much larger than the pictures indicated and the hosts have put the house together so thoughtfully. Ex: guests have access to beach towels, chairs, hats, bags, etc...and beach entrance is just down the road. :) The highlight however was the SERVICE. Shanta is the owner who greeted us and saw us off, Q changed towels and tidied up almost daily, and Errin was a top notch host and concierge. Errin arranged our carts, concierged our travel to and from the airport, and he made sure our teens were safe and home at curfew. He quickly responded to any and all inquiries. I just cannot say enough good things. This home is a great spot for families, groups of friends, etc. It does not have a pool, but we are beach people. It is not in the hub bub of downtown which was especially fitting for us. We had 10 people w/ 8 teenagers & they loved it. You should rent this home ONLY if you are going to treat it well as the hosts deserve nothing less. THANK YOU again for a fabulous experience!!!

Better than the listing!

If we could give it 6 stars we would. Our hosts were lovely, quick to respond, generous (homemade bread, cupcakes, fresh flowers and local fruit upon arrival!) and easy communication. The house was larger than it seemed online, and everything was just marvelous. Absolutely recommend!

My family of 8 had a wonderful time at Todd's Place. From the beginning, all of our questions were promptly answered by Errin before we arrived. Shanta, the owner, greeted us upon arrival and was there to settle us in. Our 3 golf carts were in the driveway, facilitated by her nephew VJ. The house is absolutely beautiful, fully equipped, and well-maintained. It really was a five-star experience, including maid service by lovely Lacey. My husband, who is a professional chef, cooked dinner at home 3 nights and found everything in the kitchen he could need. (It was nice to have a refrigerator, with ice and filtered water, too!). One day, we were treated by Shanta and Devin to freshly caught lobsters! What a treat! Above all , we felt cared for by Shanta, her husband Devon, and the rest of their family. That is what makes Todd's Place special. We are already recommending it to our friends. Thank you Shanta and Devon!
