Home has been completely remodeled but has retained her charm. You are withing walking distance to the Rainbow River and the Withlacoochee River and many Shops, Antique Stores and Restaurants. This home has a double gate for Boat or RV parking, off Street parking as well as street parking. Yard is completely fenced in, so the kids can play in the yard. Have fun around the backyard firepit while you grill out on the back porch. If you have extra guest the Mermaid room has a queen bed and a pack n Play bed for the baby. Just a bedroom no bathroom but just a few feet from the main house so no need to worry. The front porch has a patio set for some front porch sitting. This area is very peaceful and there is lots to do in the area. There is tubing, kayaking, paddle boarding on the rainbow river as well as airboat tours down the Withlacoochee River. Enjoy a delicious lunch at Swamp's on the Rainbow River or the Blue Gator on the Withlacoochee River as well as many other restaurants around town.
