“Divers Inn” on The Rainbow River

Located in Rio Vista neighborhood with the Rio vista Park right on the River. FREE use of the kayaks, golf cart and paddle boards.

Divers Inn on the Rainbow River, one of the best springs in Florida to scuba, snorkel, tube or kayak. Or hang out at the private 3 acre park, swim, fish or just relax. Volleyball area, grills with pavilions, restrooms and a private boat launch. We are a 5 min walk or 2 min cruise on the golf cart to the private park on the river.

"Bring Your Boat"!
We now offer KP Hole Passes, $5 per person per day, FCFS. Flat rate for longer stays. This will let you swim, bring your kayak or our kayaks and paddle boards down there to use or launch your boat free of charge, no personal tubes allowed. If you plan to have food or drinks on the river, they must be a non-disposable container or Tupperware. We recommend going early once they are capacity there’s no entry. These are for registered guests only and loss of a pass will be $75 per pass that is lost.

Relaxing place on the Rainbow River. Property is located in a neighborhood that is in the middle of the 6+ mile river with a private boat ramp 2 blocks from the home to launch your boat, kayaks or tubes. Sleeps 6 easily.

Free access to golf cart, trailer, kayaks, paddle boards.

Two Bedrooms, two baths with a huge fenced in back yard to lounge by the fire pit in the evening. Patio is screened in for additional enjoyment. Winn Dixie is 5 minutes up the road.

Loss of the boat ramp key is $300.00 replacement.

No Smoking, no parties, no pets, no events and no additional guests that aren’t on the reservation.

Golf cart is for rides around the neighborhood, adult use only, sorry no kiddos.

No smoking, no pets and no parties please . And please only use the golf cart in the neighborhood to and from the boat ramp, or cruise around the neighborhood. No additional guest allowed on the property or at the park that are not on the reservation, This is per our house rules, VRBO guidelines and our HOA. If it is observed that these guidelines are not followed, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your stay. **PS**
Please note we have AI security cameras on site and fully compliant with local privacy laws. Reports are sent to the security company and reviewed. If it is noted that you have additional guests, are smoking or are breaking our house rules you will be asked to correct this or asked to leave, no exceptions, no refunds and you will forfeit your entire stay.

We strive to give our guests a great experience and additional guests on the reservation are an additional cost for a minimum stay for use of the property and any amenities.

We have posted rules around the property to assist you in understanding how we like to have things maintained and keep the wear tear minimal also for your enjoyment and safety.
