Rainbow River Experience.

Located in the Rio Vista neighborhood, there is a gated private community park with direct access to the Rainbow River. Park has picnic tables, pavilion, grills, bathrooms, volleyball net and a boat ramp. Bring your boat, right in the middle of the Rainbow River. Great place to relax, so peaceful.

Just 5 minute walk to the ramp or grab the golf cart and cruise down for quick swim. Free access to Kayaks, paddle boards, with a whistle and life jackets supplied with your stay.

The golf cart and kayak trailer are FREE to use and tow the kayaks to the ramp. A private key will be issued to access the boat ramp on the Rainbow River.


3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with central heat and air. Four beds, Sleeps 6 comfortably, max guests 8, air mattress on site for additional guests.
Bikes are on site to use at your leisure also.

*There is a $300.00 fee for loss of the electronic private park gate key*
Bring Your Boat! There is plenty of room to park and you have private access to the boat ramp.

No unregistered guests are allowed on the property or into the private park. No exceptions due to insurance and HOA rules. Each guest past 2 is $20 per person per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights. No smoking is permitted on this property. Due to owners extreme allergies allergies this property does not allow pets/animals. Do NOT bring your pet/animal onto the property during your stay.
Please note we have AI security cameras on site and fully compliant with local privacy laws. Reports are sent to the security company and reviewed. If it is noted that you have additional guests, are observed smoking or are breaking any of our house rules, you will be asked to correct this or asked to leave. No exceptions, no refunds and you will forfeit your entire stay.

We strive to give our guests a great experience and additional guests on the reservation are an additional cost for a minimum stay for use of the property and any amenities.

We have posted rules around the property to assist you in understanding how we like to have things maintained and keep the wear tear minimal also for your enjoyment and safety.
