At one end is a stagnant lagoon that smells awful, but at the other end it's a beautiful broad platform with tables and a fantastic view. Everything is clean - amenities, cabins, pathways. “Spacious family room but the property was unclean and not well maintained at all. The walls, blinds and curtains were covered in dust and grit. The surfaces of the bathroom and kitchen were clean but I did not open any cupboards or drawers and would not have been comfortable cooking and/or eating due to the sheer amount of dirt on the other surfaces - I would say it has been several years since the place has been properly cleaned. “Room was spacious enough. No body wash in dispenser in shower cubicle made it difficult to shower. No toaster in kitchenette. One wine glass. One teaspoon. Office hours didn’t commence til 9 am so not easy to ask for anything. So disappointing in what was provided and not provided. Staff friendly at front desk.”
