“Great b and b!”

“Scott, the front desk manager, was very courteous and helpful. On the downside, the TVs remote systems were both very confusing to use. Simple things like figuring out what channel to turn to ....very complicated, little navigating to find the channel guide! Not exactly like some systems as Holiday Inn or Hilton properties use like DIRECTV.”

“Old style motel on Durango’s main road with southwest decor. I slept in the little “cozy” room filled with a queen size bed which was perfect for my one night stay. Little fridge and electric kettle for tea or pour-over coffee in the room. The office staff was welcoming and helpful. Very clean. “Far from Downtown, on the main road (noisy), broken tiles in bathroom, air conditioner loud and did not cool the room much, single-ply toilet paper, no shampoo/conditioner, door lock very difficult to open with actual brass key. Room was clean. Pricepoint was good but not considering the condition. We were disappointed.”

“We loved staying at the Gable House along with our dog. The owners and staff were wonderful. We plan to stay there again. We appreciated the 40 amp EV charging onsite for free. This made our travels very easy. We stayed three nights. The breakfast was also wonderful.”

“Property looks old but Room was very clean and functional. WiFi worked perfectly. Receptionist lady on Sunday wasn't very friendly but receptionist Monday Morning was very helpful and friendly. Had a good night sleep it was super quiet. Location is great. Walked downtown with no huzzle.”
