Colorado adventure

Great property about 20 minutes from Durango property was clean, comfortable and as advertised. We had a fun five day stay.

Cozy loft with a great view

The lodge, within a golf club was at the perfect location in between Durango and Purgatory. The surrounding area was beautiful, the apartment very functional and perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the pool and adults loved the fitness center and hot tub.

Family vacation

The room was pleasant, it was too hot for my kids to sleep upstairs but it is also July with high temps. Overall we liked the property.

It was a great weekend. The unit we stayed in was comfortable and clean.

The property is nice. Room worked out for us. Everyone had a bed. Shower was great. Kitchenette worked for our needs. The loft area is warm and bright because of high ceiling windows. Would be great if some window coverings were added. That side gets afternoon heat and over looks the parking lot, so there are street lights and cars parking at night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location between town and the mountains. The condo was well appointed, quiet and had that upscale lodge feel. Very nice. The facilities are top notch as well. GREAT having a ski shuttle, parking at Purgatory is difficult and day two had 18” of snow.

Outdated room. Shower was not hot. Pool and hot tub were excellent however to get to these amenities you have to walk out in the freezing cold.

Great Place to Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Tamarron. We loved being able to hop in the pool & hot tub almost daily. Went for several walks and the scenery was just beautiful. The gym was amazing and thankful for such a great facility to get in a few workouts while on vacation. Having a kitchen to use was a huge plus for our family. I feel like we found a hidden gem and hope to stay here again in the future.

It was a hot week and there are no window coverings and the fan did not work and the windows would not open

Peaceful getaway

The complete experience was a joy. Directions to get to Tamarron were simple, getting checked in was simple and the lodging was perfect. There are two restaurants on site that are both excellent. The staff was so kind also. I'll be taking my husband back for our anniversary.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the facilities, staff, restaurant and location were very good. Some Curtains for the upstairs windows would have greatly benefited the temperature of the loft. It was fairly hot upstairs. My twin girls mentioned it numerous times. Also please get a new better mattress for the downstairs bed. It is way past due a very uncomfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Tamarron Lodge and would visit again. Unfortunately, the main bed in our unit was horrible with a "sink into the middle" feature. Also, many of the outlets didn't work so had to share outlets for charging our devices. We did use the fridge, microwave, and stove for cooking and everything in the kitchen worked well. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub outdoors.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This resort is absolutely beautiful. My teenage daughters and I stayed in one of the condos over Memorial Day week. Although our use of amenities was somewhat limited due to COVID-19, there are many options including tennis courts, golf course, pool, and a gym. We did utilize the walking trails and the views were breathtaking. Had to watch out for bears though. I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only issue was the check-in. I arrived around 6p so no one in front of me I’m the only one. Girl behind counter stated on her phone for about 6 minutes. I’m very patient so no big deal. I got the room keys after about a 30 second transaction and off I go. Now where is room 210 no clue no help she went right back on her phone. It took me then about 5 minutes of driving around to find 210 which was directly above us same building as the checkin counter. So throughout the stay we walked by these same agents and no hello nothing just acted like we were not even there. Anyways. This place is in a perfect location 5 mins to Purgatory and about 15-20 to Downtown Durango. Note for owner. Toaster needs to replaced only outside coils work that’s it thanks

Family Ski Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family of fours ski trip to Purgatory. The location was a short 10 minute drive to the mountain or 20 minutes into town. There is also a shuttle that picks up right in front of the lodge. The condo was well equipped with everything you'd need to have a comfortable stay and cook some meals. The only thing it was missing was a spatula to flip pancakes. The twin beds in the loft were a perfect hang out for my two older kids.

It was hard to get the place to a comfortable temperature with the heaters but otherwise a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I travel often and own BnB’s so it’s nice to have a place to stay that truly shines while on Vacation. Location was great as well as the Staff. The spa facilities were a huge plus after snowboarding for 4 days. The only down side of our stay was non stop construction/noise in the day from a neighboring Condo (sometimes shaking us) however, we were out most of the day.

Prefect for our family

We had a great stay. The kitchen is small but had all we needed for preparing our meals. The loft adds the extra space for hanging out comfortably. We never felt to cramped. The pool and fitness room were great. It was the perfect fit for our family of 6. It’s beautiful area and we loved that is was in the mountain but quick to get to Durango. It also was an amazing drive to Silverton. We hope it available to rent next year when we come
