Quick family getaway before the holidays!

Great house! 2 families with kids, toddlers and teenagers. Loved the two living areas, up stairs and in the basement! Great kitchen! Loved the two fireplaces and the pool table / ping pong table were a hit. Comfortable beds and comfortable couches. House is in great shape! Would definitely recommend and return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay for my daughter’s wedding. This house and property was perfect for our extended family to all gather under one roof and for us to have a few dinner parties with friends. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook too.The leaves were turning colors which made it all the more beautiful.

This home is absolutely beautiful! It’s obvious a lot of thought was put into it prior to construction. It accommodated our family of 14 very well. Its location and views are very good. The owner was very easy to work with as well as the booking agency. I highly recommend this home for your stay!

The perfect home away from home!

This home was the perfect fit for both friends and family. Plenty of room and space for everyone. And it was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

FLC Graduation Gathering

I would recommend to any large group going to Durango! Beautiful inside and out! We did a lot of cooking and you had everything we needed for 14 people! The younger crowd played pool and made the downstairs their own! When we got home we were already wishing we were back in Durango! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Fabulous Family Getaway

Very pleased overall with every aspect of our stay, any issues were met with a delight demeanor and quick response. Our family will not hesitate in using this location again if we return to Durango for another family get together.

The home is lovely but needs care. The wooden deck is a liability with rotten boards and nails protruding.A fresh set of pots and pans is needed.The nonstick cookware is peeling and we all know that is toxic.There also was not enough towels or sheets for all the rooms.Over all our family enjoyed the space and amenities and these things I mention is just upkeep information for your next guests.

Children 5-11 years of age had a great time playing in the creek that runs on the back & side of the house. 14 of us stayed there big enough for kids down stairs to play! Back deck was excellent at night for sitting. Kitchen dinning room for everyone to sit and eat. Nice big bedrooms. Great place to stay.

This house was exceptionally well taken care off. All the amenities needed. Bedrooms were nice. Multiple areas for our group to hang out. Definitely a place I would stay at again

Beautiful property

Property was beautiful. Had an amazing time and would definitely stay again. Would only suggest having some basic items like larger bottles of hand soap, basic spices for cooking, and disinfecting sprays to clean up after meals. Other than that, would definitely stay again!
