Our group really enjoyed this stay! Some of the highlights were the huge deck, the large hot tub, the garage games, and the VIEW!! We also really appreciated the equipped kitchen. It was nice to not have to buy or bring every little thing. We would definitely stay here again!

Our week stay at this property was perfect! The communication with the property manager/owner was always great. Wonderful views from all parts of the house, great elevated porch with hot tub and fire table. A plus was the provided supplies like garbage bags, paper towels, spices, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and laundry supplies. This made our grocery trips quite a bit easier. Located on a very private, quiet street, I think we saw 1 person during our stay. Close to downtown Durango, and Mesa Verde National Park and a couple hours from Telluride and Ouray but the drive is so beautiful you will enjoy every second. Nice walking paths on the Animas river. I can’t think of anything negative about this property.

This is our second year to stay here and we love it so much. The owners are very nice and super attentive. The house is well stocked and spacious and the views from the deck are amazing. It is an easy drive to town or the mountain. Totally worth it.

Outstanding, complete, and timely communication. Very clean. Everything just as pictured. Very nicely maintained. Had one maintenance issue to address (not anything that could be predicted) and the owner could not have addressed this any more quickly - just handled it in superb fashion. Excellent location just north of town but close enough to town so that it's really convenient. The only potential issue for anyone visiting would be that if there is winter weather is very inclement during the stay, the long, relatively steep gravel road/driveway might be intimidating to some renters. Overall 5 stars out of 5.

This property was just as described and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The views were breathtaking and the area was very peaceful and quiet! The house was very clean and had everything you need to make your stay comfortable.DefinitelyRecommend staying here!

The pictures don't do it justice, lovely location. Scott was extremely responsive to all questions. He even showed up without our asking on Thanksgiving evening just to make sure the porch furniture was out and comfortable for use. Beds and linens were all very nice. Kitchen thoughtfully stocked with everything you need. If you're there in the winter absolutely make sure you have 4 wheel drive. Don't hesitate to book this!

Our family of 6 came for a week of vacation at this beautiful property. There are 3 different floors so that each couple had their own space and plenty of space to have family time . Everything that you need is provided… all of the utensils needed to cook with … paper towels , toilet paper washing detergents, … all of these things save time from having to go out and you can get started on your vacation! The expansive deck affords stunning views, furniture, firepit and hot tub and view the Milky Way, rainbows and the whistle of the train going by! . This beautiful place exceeded our expectations! Durango is such a beautiful area and we hope to be back again !

Quiet, private, away from the fray. It was well appointed and the air conditioning was a plus. The lower and mid- level bedrooms have portable air conditioners, but they worked well. You will have to carry your luggage and groceries up some stairs but it is doable. It was clean and comfortable with a great view of the Animas Valley. The children enjoyed hearing the train whistle. The host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We all enjoyed our stay here.

Our family of 7 (4 adults and 3 kiddos ages 8 and under) very much enjoyed our stay! The location was ideal. We were able to access the conveniences of town in under 10 minutes (grocery, gas, restaurants and shopping), while also enjoying life on the mountain with gorgeous views. The deck is the showstopper of the home. The entire house is comfortable in high summer with the AC on. The owners were very attentive and responsive to all of our inquiries. The bedrooms are all comfortable. Linens and pillows feel fresh, are clean and high quality. The master bedroom is in the loft. You can enjoy the views and also the sunrises. Our favorite eateries include boba tea from The Smiley Cafe, wraps to-go from RPG’s and pastries from La Bonne Patisserie. Our favorite spots for kids include the beach at Oxbow Park (so close to the house!), Lake Nighthorse (Wibit tickets can sell out, consider buying when sales open in the AM) and horseback riding at Bears Ranch.”

We absolutely loved the house, the deck, the amenities, the location and the views. The owners went above and beyond in communicating and providing information to make our vacation as enjoyable as possible. This home is the perfect mountain getaway! There is plenty of space and a very open concept! We spent most of our time on the beautiful deck… so huge, with amazing views! The home owners were immediate in their replies to any questions that we had, about anything! If in the Durango area, I would definitely recommend this home! Beautiful!

The Spring Creek property was perfect for our three generations family vacation. The house was spacious and easily accommodated the ten of us. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped. Our teens loved the ping pong table, corn hole and dart target games. The deck and hot tub were a favorite gathering place for all of us. No review of this property is complete without mention of the spectacular views from snow capped mountains to the north and the winding Animas River below. The common exclamation upon arriving was “WOW”! Finally, the owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating. They responded quickly to any questions that occurred during our stay and gave clear and detailed descriptions on the use of the facilities. Our family would highly recommend this property for a wonderful stay in Durango.

From reserving to stay the communication was incredible. We went to Durango to celebrate our son's graduation from Fort Lewis. We were looking for a property that would work for my 88 year old grandma down the line with enough room for everyone to have space and this fit the bill! Just awesome views and deck. We cooked out on the deck and used the hot tub and enjoyed the propane fire ! The train comes by and the whistle blows and it is just delightful. You can feel like you are up in the mountains and relish in the beauty and in just minutes be in downtown Durango!!

So wonderful, will stay again. Close to town for convenience to stores and other activities. Easy drive to ski lifts. Owner was very responsive and friendly, willing to help in all ways with anything. House is very clean, open and perfect for multiple families. Deck was perfect for lounging. This place is top notch and a gem to find.
