Cozy holiday chalet max. 8 persons with sauna in the heart of the Ardennes

The chalet is only rented
for max. 8 persons. On the spacious
bedroom on the floor are next to it
Double bed (box spring) also 2
single beds. To provide every comfort
we only recommend the chalet
max. 6 adults and 2 children.
Heating:
There is a wood stove in the chalet
with which the chalet in the spring and autumn
can be fully heated. There is no
wood available in the chalet.
In the bathroom there is an electric
and of course bathroom safe fire.
There are also accumulators available from
November to April charged overnight
and making it on arrival in the
chalet is not freezing. On the thermostat
there is a button that enters the chalet
can be heated up quickly for a short time. YOU
so it is not necessary to switch on the stove
during your stay. For energy and money
the accumulators can
be dropped off in the garage upon arrival. This one
must return for the last night, however
be set up.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a combination
microwave oven, vitro ceramic hob,
extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment and
dishwasher. There is a toaster,
kettle, coffee maker and Senseo available.
Highchair (1x) available. There is an extra
microwave and refrigerator available.
Bedrooms:
Downstairs is a double bed
(140x200) with duvet and 2
pillows. In the bedroom on the
floor is a double bed
(box spring 160x200) with duvet and 2
pillows and 2 single beds with
duvets and pillows. There also is a
cot available (no sheets). On the
mezzanine is a double bed
(140x200) duvet and pillows.
There is 1 highchair available, 1
cot, a changing mat
and a baby bath!
There is no bed, bath or
kitchen linen available!

Bathroom:
1 sink and 1 shower, access to the sauna
through the bathroom
Terrace:
27 m². Just outside the terrace, there is a
plateau with fixed barbecue. The garden furniture
(wooden garden table + chairs for 6 persons,
large umbrella).
Terrain:
The total area of the site is
1492 m². The chalet is completely fenced and so
child friendly! At the front is the
entrance gate. Arrival Departure:

On Friday and Monday: between 3 pm and 7 pm

always before 10am
arrival on Saturday / Sunday possible, only after consultation with the owner and with a surcharge of € 40
Guarantee:
€ 250 per rented week. The guarantee is within the
Refunded 15 calendar days.
Key:
The key can be collected in Barvaux.
500 m from the chalet or possibly in
Ostend (Zandvoorde) or Veurne if you are in the
