The ground floor features an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with 8 ceramic hobs, an oven, dishwasher, and microwave, along with a bar area, dining space, and a cozy living room with a TV, DVD player, and video. There is one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a separate WC, and a sauna for ultimate relaxation. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub), and a separate WC. The chalet also includes a play area for children.

The chalet is ideally located for exploring the surrounding region, just 9 km from a tourist information office and ATM, 5 km from a grocery store, and within 12 km of a supermarket, train station, and swimming pool. For outdoor enthusiasts, the chalet is just a short drive from recreational lakes, playgrounds, and a variety of sports activities. The large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue offers a perfect space for outdoor dining and relaxation, while the garden features child-friendly games.
