Cozy chalet by a pond in Dussac

Located 8 km from Excideuil and Lanouaille (shops), this large 88 m² chalet offers a spacious living area on the ground floor. It features a dining area with a large table, benches, and a traditional wood-burning stove, as well as an open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, gas hob, etc.). The chalet has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm). There is also a bathroom with a corner bath and toilet, and a washing machine. On the first floor, a mezzanine level offers a lounge area with a sofa bed (sleeping up to 4 people) and a TV. A 20 m² covered terrace includes garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers. The unfenced, wooded grounds of approximately 10,000 m² are bordered by hedges. Electric heating is provided in the bedrooms and bathroom. The chalet's water comes from a spring located on the property.

Nearby attractions include the Château de Jumilhac le Grand (18 km), the Château de Hautefort (20 km), and the Vélorail (railbike) 15 km away. The Rouffiac pond leisure park is 10 km away (pedal boats, water skiing, swimming, archery, etc.). This gîte is located 15 km from the Auvézère river where you can enjoy swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking in the magnificent setting of its narrow, steep-sided gorges, in the heart of a protected natural area. It is 50 km from the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art in Montignac.
