“Amazing property! The location is perfect, right near the shops and restaurants in Ostia, but on a quiet and private street. There is a private balcony with a table and chairs and an amazing view of the beach and Mediterranean. There is a lot to do in this area, including the beach, shops, restaurants, and Ostia Antica. The owner, Luigi, was very helpful and accomodating. He met us at our pre-arranged check-in time and went over everything we needed to know. Highly recommended!”

“Great place to stay in Rome! Very next to Colosseo and the Forum and other attractions within walking distance. Spaces, well stocked, and it was great meeting Patrizia during the check-in talk who provided useful info re attractions that only locals knew. The only thing we wished we'd have was the jacuzzi (under repair during our stay). Highly recommended to stay there if you want to have the best view right on your deck and walking distance! ”
