“loved watching the lake all day. pleasantly surprised that we had a sandy beach and easy access into the water. no rocks, just soft sand under my feet. also enjoyed a daily walk along the beautiful wooded road. some nice features of the house that i haven’t experienced at other vrbo places: well-lighted rooms and hanging space in bathroom, plus a light that comes on as you start up or down the steps.”

“Our family, 3 generations and furry friends throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was nicely furnished and yard had amazing view for star gazing, bonfire and smores. Lots of privacy in secluded woods and wildlife. Jason & Misty were quick to respond. Would stay again if come back to this area to visit. In just a short stay we covered a lot of area, Calumet Waterworks park just a mile down the road for rock hunting and went to Copper harbor drove up the mountain. ”

“This was a great house for our needs. I will say the stairs are steep and not great for elderly guest. We did fine but worth mentioning. I loved all the “clean” cleaning products under the kitchen sink. (It felt like home). We built a fire in the fire pit and sat outside and looked at the stars…beautiful!! We even did a little laundry. Highly recommend Shute’s and Carmalitas in Calumet. Both have antique bars and beautiful woodwork. Overall, Great stay. ”
