“Everything was as expected. When they say 2 cars, they mean it. We moved our 3rd car at 11:00 pm. Lady on the phone was nice though. We took care of it. A home that sleeps 14 might need a plan for more than 2 cars. Not complaining just a suggestion. Definitely will come back here.”

“My group and I were very comfortable in this home. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The bed was comfortable. I mentioned to the owner that we were there to celebrate my daughter’s bday at Legoland. We were greeted with a gift for her. There is a Publix and Walmart close by which made it great to pick up last minute snacks and things we forgot to bring. Check in and check out was very easy.”

“What can I say on first arrival the house was beautiful and perfect for our holiday. Everything was as described clean and tidy. If I was to have one negative say it was the location as you need to drive to get anywhere which is normal for USA which is fine but the I4 is always bumper to bumper so takes a little longer to get to Orlando than stated but saying that I’m glad it is where it is cause you don’t get all the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Would highly recommend this as anyone’s base for...

“Loved the 2nd full fridge in the garage. Loved the extra long dining table. Very nice decor and enjoyable rec rooms in loft and garage. Would update the bedroom descriptions- confusing because the flamingo room is a Mickey Mouse room and to clarify the bunk beds are full size. We were surprised the A/C was locked on 72°. That is hot and humid in FL. Highly recommend installing ceiling fans in each bedroom.”

“My wife and I stayed at this property and enjoyed our visit. This house has all the amenities that you will need and I would highly recommend this property. In fact, I plan on renting this property for all my future trips in the Davenport/Orlando area. I can see what the host is a Super Host!”
