“No issues whatsoever with the actual condo. Owner (Patricio) was extremely responsive to the only issue we had. Will definitely return when skiing or hiking. 5 minutes from Beaver Creek and approx 15 to Vail. 30 minute drive from Eagle-Vail airport.Bed, pull-out couch are comfortable with plenty of sheets, pillows, blankets. etc. Full kitchen includes all of the essentials plus some you don’t think about: blender and water filtration pitcher. Highly recommend! ”

“The place has everything you need and it was very clean. Nothing fancy or too nice, in fact some things (cookware, dishes, toiletries) a bit on the cheap side. Things are a bit worn out like the main bedroom blinds, some furniture and walls/doors in need of paint. The place definitely needs a bit of love and a refresh. If you are looking for something not fancy and clean it does the trick.”

“This was a nice day at a good condo, which is very close to Beaver Creek resort parking. There are a couple maintenance issues that could be taken care of to achieve five stars. The trundle on the bunkbed was in need of repair and some of the lightbulbs did not work. However, the rest of the property is nice and the private sauna is a great feature. There needs to be some deep cleaning done in the master shower - some mildew was coming out of the plastic trim on the shower door and running down...

“We came up from Denver for a family summer weekend in the mountains, and this place was perfect. The patio space really shines. It has a great view of the Eagle Vail golf course with the mountains behind. Minor complaint: It could use some additional creature comforts, such as plates, bowls, mugs, pot holders, and placemats. But we got by. It was fine.”

“Great location for access to either beaver creek or Vail. You can walk out the front door to the buses who will take you to both locations. Spacious unit, with plenty of room for your gear.”
