“This property was not as the add pictures show it, Smoke/CO detectors were missing, lots of stuff broken or not working properly. Weeds all over the the yard. No BBQ supplies for BBQ, not well set up for guests. I would avoid this property and any property managed by Avery property Management.”

“My family stayed here when we were in town for my daughter’s SDSU graduation.The good: Pillows seem washed. Towels were hotel quality. There were more towels than we needed. Host seem new to renting out properties. Construction / renovation doesn’t seem complete (photo attached). Also, they should hire out the cleaning (hosts do the cleaning themselves) as there are areas that could use more cleaning (eg. cabinets around stove). Pots and pans were not usable / Teflon. There are no towel racks...

“The house is exactly what you see in the pictures, the pool oasis is outstanding and the game room— my kids where super excited when we opened the door. There is everything you need for outside games, pickleball, beach toys and inside too, extra towels, sheets and blankets!! It was truly a ‘home’ experience.I would 100 % rent the bird house again! ”

“Shower needs work. Mildew around bottom and hair in shower along with shower curtain that’s way too big. Floors were a little dirty and the sliding door hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time. First neighbor could be heard yelling when I smoked outside with our door closed but their door was open and I didn’t realize it but went to the driveway after that. Second neighbor parked in the middle of driveway and then moved it to in front of the “garage door” which almost blocked our car in when...
