“We had a great stay. The property was just as described. It appears to be newly renovated and was very clean. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for cooking and living comfortably. It is attractively decorated. There is a Keurig coffee maker that had some starter pods, sweetener and creamer along with a variety of teas. “We stayed at this property for a family reunion in Oct. The weather was very nice. We paid extra to have the pool heated. We didn't have any issues. We had 9 adults and 2 teens. We needed 6 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds which this house had. There was room for everyone. We had a great time and the house was perfect. There is a no noise outside time of 9:00 pm. “Overall was a perfect spot , easy to get to and easy to check in. Only two things I would say is if you plan on streaming any TV bring an extra device as their Smart tv did not launch any apps. Also the parents bedroom is a bit on the darker side , there’s a lack of light downstairs. ”

“My 3 sisters, their 5 littles and my parents all met up here to have a lovely time. Pool was a hit. Lots of fun games. The kitchen is well equipt, and so much room. Decor is cute and space is very conducive to making memories. Popping into San Diego proper is not bad, 20-25 minutes to all of the attractions. This property is lovely.”

Kyle and Angie were very easy to work with and responded quickly. We are dog people and loved meeting their dogs too! It was great having a dedicated off street parking spot. “We spent a weekend celebrating my mother's 84th birthday in the house: eleven of us ranging in age from 84 to 14 years old. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed. The backyard was amazing--pool, hot tub, sauna, games, ample seating and more! The arcade was a huge hit with our family as well.The kitchen had all of the plates, pots, etc. we needed. The host, Alvin, was incredible. The best host we have ever encountered. ”
