“There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.”

“The location is great and the views are amazing. It’s in easy walking of small restaurants and takeout places. The condo is very spacious. We were a family of 6 adults, a toddler and baby, plenty of rooms to spread out. Three bathrooms was definitely a plus. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but things like foil and plastic wrap would have come in handy. Also would have liked a Keurig. Parking was inside a gated garage with two remotes to use during your stay and two assigned parking stalls....

“We stayed here for a quick weekend to visit our daughter at SDSU. You simply cannot find a better location. The condo building and unit are rather old and could use some updating but its definitely clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay here and the communication with the owner was great! We will come back!”

“The condo was very nice and extremely close to the beach. We really enjoyed having 3 nice, updated bathrooms and 3 bedroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I liked having assigned gated parking, since parking is difficult in the area. I would stay there again! ”

“The garage is REALLY small. My son has a 2004 solara and it literally doesn't fit no matter how good of a driver you are (mirrors don't fold in) so he couldn't park in the garage. Other than that it was SUPER convenient and great for what it was.”
