“Excellent vacation in a great spot but the property needs some care.”

“This house worked out great for our long weekend on the Cape and it provided the perfect amount of space for our family. The house was exactly as described/pictured in the listing. It was very clean upon arrival, it's tastefully decorated, the beds were quite comfortable, and it was well stocked with with kitchen and bathroom supplies. “Great communication from host! We loved the charming feel of the house and the location was great. There was a bit of road construction that made it challenging to get to and from the house at certain times of the day. Wish the second bathroom had a shower but we made do. “Our family thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Brewster area and beyond—this property is convenient to lots of walking and biking trails as well as all kinds of beaches, including the amazing Brewster flats (Micaran gave many suggestions in her detailed instructions). “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent 4 nights in this home with our 4 children ages 1-10. There was ample space, plenty of extra bedding including pillows and blankets, towels & other amenities.
