Cozy homebase

My daughter and I enjoyed this lovely wooded setting, sat and watched the rain, enjoyed movies and cooked light meals. It was a perfect home base for a family visit.

I've been coming here for a couple of years. It is close to family who come and visit while I'm there. It is perfect for us. The host is very accommodating and easy to get ahold of.

Amazing location

The location was great! Our kids looooved the backyard that had a creek. They spent a lot of time playing in it which was great for us parents!

This is definitely a cozy cabin. It's easy to get to. Between our two stays it's been clean and in working order. It may be slightly more expensive than a hotel but it's absolutely worth it. We will be coming back in the future.

The property was absolutely beautiful and both William the owner and Melanie the property manager were amazing. William even came all the way out to see us at our big car show to make sure everything was to our liking. Super nice and caring people and the compound is by far my favorite vacation spot. We will definitely be returning next August!

My family enjoyed our stay. We were grateful for the creature comforts especially air-conditioning and ceiling fan - it was a record high temperature outside. The layout was really nice, set up clearly and in a clean state. Communications with the contact was very easy and helpful. Couple things to note - there is a strong sulfuric smell in the water (perfectly fine, just for those sensitive to smell). Also there's no dishwasher as mentioned - but everything else is great. We enjoyed making a little fire in the fire pit in the back. There's plenty of places nearby to pick up chopped wood too. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

The property served us well during our 5-day stay. The cabin is basic, but has ac and decent wifi in most areas. The amenities provided were minimal (only a few glasses, little toilet paper), but the kitchen is fine for meals that aren’t overly complicated. I contacted the property manager by text and email with two questions and never received an answer, however they did pick up when I called with an issue entering the house (the check in instructions could be clarified as there are multiple doors and lockboxes which was confusing at night). By far the best park of this property is the outdoor space. We thoroughly enjoyed having meals outside and watching the birds and other wildlife. Would recommend booking the whole property so you have access to the amenities in the main house.

The area is great. The house has most of the basics. I would not stay at a house managed by evolve again. I never received check in instructions. They're not easy to get in touch with. Add cost for nothing I never received check in instructions

Beautiful area

The location was very convenient to the wedding venue our son was getting married at on Memorial Day weekend. When my husband and I pulled into our cabin we were pleasantly surprised at how much it looked exactly like the pictures posted on this property. Its absolutely a nice hidden gem in the Catskills. Once inside i was very pleased with the rustic yet updated look of the place. I had to contact the property manager Melanie about a few things ( keyless entry code / towels/ later check out time)she was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. I totally loved the rustic decor that was used both inside as well as outside. Very clean inside.The babbling stream running along the side of the cabin added to the peacefulness of this place. I only wish the weather had cooperated so we could have enjoyed being outside. We did have some wildlife friends join us a group of deer and a wild turkey. Just added to the whole experience. I would 100% go back there again. Only i think i would rent out the entire property as there is also a 3 bedroom house there as well. My grandchildren would love this place! Again thank you Melanie for being so pleasant and attentive to our requests!

The cabin is in an idea location. On site, it was clean and extremely comfortable. It's a larger than it appears building. Great communication thru the entire process with property management!
