Great house. Plenty of space and well stocked kitchen appliances, etc. My family spent Thanksgiving week at this house. Ideal for young children with large play room and yard with swing set. Seems like this would be a great location for summer rentals.We struggled with property manager as we had a gas issue that turned out to be related to methane back-up. This was likely due to the house sitting vacant for a bit but not entirely sure. Originally we feared this was a propane gas issue and lost an entire day as we had to stay out of the house while this was being resolved. The problem was diagnosed by the fire department and a service person resolved fully three days later. I don’t imagine this is a. Issue in season. The property manager also sent several damage related allegations which we were not responsible for—this was a first as I am a highly rated quest on VRBO—renting two to three times a year. So, great property but concerns still pending with the property manager.

The house is beautiful . We did have some problems with the hot tub, the oven and a shower door that the glass exploded. Andrea responded quickly to send over maintenance and the handyman to address the issues. Our grandson loved the backyard and the basement with all the toys. :)

Overall we had such a great stay in Falmouth! Our check-in did get delayed 2 hours which was a little disappointing as we were eager to get settled (especially with young children) but aside from that we had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect! The basement and backyard were great hangout spaces. Andrea was quick to reply with any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location/amenties for family!

Family of 6 adults, 3 toddlers for a week for 4th of July. 1) Awesome house/amenities. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. And it was easy to have the kids run around the yard and play at the playhouse. SO many toys for the kids. Adults loved the hot tub and fire pit at night. Kitchen was well stocked. No issues with the air conditioning, we were nervous as some said it was not working in earlier summers but glad to see it was fixed2) Awesome location - around 15 min to downtown Falmouth/local beaches and 25 min to Woods Hole and 15 min to Aldis and Walmart3) Communication with Andrea was great and no issues with check in or check outWould absolutely come here again

Beautiful & Comfortable!

New & very clean, this property was the perfect space for my husband and I to share with our friends and their three young children! Andrea is a great communicator! In our week here we were able to visit many beaches and go to Martha’s Vineyard, close to great shopping villages and restaurants too!

Bitter experience: property does not offer ability to adjust thermostat

I wouldn't have rented this property had I known we weren't going to have control of such a basic thing as the thermostat. A lock was placed on each thermostat. I have seen thermostats set a min or max temperature, but we weren't even given a range to work with here. We (which included two elderly parents, four adults, and two infants) spent most of the stay trying to keep ourselves warm, which usually meant we had to get out of the house. No adjustments were offered for the first three days even after multiple attempts to reason with the host. They finally sent someone on the last night. Given we were renting the place out, we should have the right to set the temperature to our comfort level. Otherwise, update the rental description so guests know what to expect.

Home away from home

We had an amazing time. I would absolutely stay here again for an even longer stay. Beautiful rental house with every amenity Our only complaint was the AC was not operational and it was hot at night. The property manager was on top of it and has since repaired.

Beautiful house, either brand new or recently remodeled completely. Convenient location in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Had everything needed for our group of 3 couples and 2 kids. Highly recommend!

The house was great. Truly seemed brand new - lots of amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Loved the backyard.
