Marrying modern design with a coastal vibe, this 4 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath masterpiece is across the street from the Bay on the beloved Hedges Banks Drive with private community beach access a short walk away. The house is set back from the street, surrounded by acres of wooded reserve land, and is complete with new landscaping, a heated saltwater pool, and an outdoor shower.

    Upon entering, you're greeted with an open layout that lets in plenty of natural light, lending a bright and airy feel to the living spaces. The double-height living room, with its elegant fireplace, acts as the heart of the home, effortlessly flowing into the dining room and kitchen. Top-of-the-line Thermador appliances in the kitchen make every meal a gourmet experience, whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or entertaining guests. Adjacent to the main dining room, a sunroom/den area provides a cozy corner for lounging in the afternoon light. Sliding doors offer easy access to the back deck, inviting the outdoors in and extending the living space.

Both primary bedrooms have outdoor access - the main floor primary is steps from the pool via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, while the upstairs primary floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a front balcony with rocking lounge chairs and the dazzling light of the Bay.

    Two other upstairs bedrooms feature high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling corner windows: one with a wall-mounted Frame TV and a bathroom with a widow over the tub, the other with full- sized bunk beds and a bathroom with a walk-in glassed shower. Both have ample custom closets.

    The lower level provides a large casual entertainment space along with a powder room and workout area. The cozy lounge area is decked out with sectional sofa seating, an 85 wall- mounted HDTV with home theater sound, and a wet bar with seating and an under-counter fridge. The workout space includes a Peloton treadmill, weight bench, weights and yoga mats.

    The second floor offers two work spaces. The main office space is its own beautiful retreat - adjacent to the primary bedroom with oversized windows, an Armani partner desk and Steelcase chairs, it leads to a deck flooded with afternoon light, overlooking the backyard patio and pool. With deck chairs and table, this office provides tranquil indoor and outdoor work- from-home options. The second work space is a bright and airy open loft overlooking the living room with glimpses of the Bay, access to an outdoor walkway, and a fold-out twin bed sofa.
