Nobody replied on the phone, and Hotels.com couldn't even refund me. It was a complete disaster and a lack of respect in all senses. Everyone provided horrible service, and I’m disappointed. “A second lovely stay at Fairlight and will definitely be back for a third. Stayed in the main house this time and was a big toom for one person. Breakfast didn't disappoint and a great choice. If you can't see it just ask. Jude and Karl are great hosts and keep a lovely clean premises. Can't wait to come back and stay in one of the newly renovated rooms!”
