Cozy Cape Cottage on Private Beach with HVAC split AC/Heating system

Rents from Sat. to Sat. 7 day minimum. It is a cozy and quaint little cottage with a rustic feel. If your looking for a quiet place to kick back , this is where you need to stay! Take a walk along our private beach .Sit by the water or on the cottage deck and feel your stress being replaced with a calmness as the sunshine and quiet breezes relax you. The cottage is ideal for 2 to 4 guests. The main floor has a full equipped galley kitchen, (which was recently renovated),living /dining room, and one bathroom with a shower.
There are two bedrooms downstair. They each have a queen bed and a HVAC spilt unit.

There is usually a great breeze that comes through the cottage. An AVAC split AC/Heating system is there for use on those hot and humid days. It will keep the cottage cool on hot days and warm on cool days. There is also a ceiling fan in the living room.
There is a spacious deck, perfect for relaxing in the sun, having a family dinner, or sitting and gazing at the beautiful sunsets and/or stars. Table, chairs, and umbrella are available for the deck. There is a Hibachi grill, but you will need to provide the small propane cylinder, or you are welcome to bring your own grill. The cottage has Xfinity cable, a 55" flat screen TV, and Wi-Fi Internet.
This place is cozy and comfortable.

***Private Beach Access***
The cottage is on a private gravel road.There are three cottages in a row leading up to a private beach that you may use during your stay on Cape Cod Bay. The cottage available for rental is the middle cottage, one back from the beach bank. It is less than 50 feet from the beach . The beach is private, usually with only a few people nearby. The whole area is very quiet and relaxing. If you choose to venture, you will be close to many Great Places of Interest. The town of Sandwich is the oldest town on the Cape, and full of history.
