Our townhome has 1 Queen bedroom on the first floor, full size sofa bed in the living room, 2 full-size beds in the second-floor bedroom, and full-size sofa bed in the open second-floor loft.

There is a full bath on the first floor and a full bath and jacuzzi tub on the second floor.

We have a sunken living room with wood burning fireplace, open kitchen and dining room area, washer and dryer, playground for children off the back deck, and 2 parking spaces directly in front of the townhome.


Guests have full access to our 2-story home that has one staircase to the entrance.

You can contact us prior to and during your stay with any questions or concerns.

No smoking
No pets allowed
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Must be at least 18 years old to book
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
*Absolutely NO smoking, controlled substances, or firearms on the premises.

*Guests are families and responsible adults over the age of twenty-five.

*Please DO NOT disturb neighbors. If a violation occurs, guests must vacate immediately.

*The front door access code will be sent one day prior to arrival.

*The Wi-Fi name and password are on the fridge magnet.

*PLEASE DO NOT USE LINENS FOR CLEANING. There are appropriate cleaning supplies throughout our home.

*Please place used towels in laundry baskets. There is one in each bedroom closet.

*When checking out, please place all trash and recyclables in cans on the back deck and ensure the fridge is empty.

*Any items that you bring into our home, please take with you when you leave or dispose of them in the garbage.
