“Wendy was very helpful when I was checking in, and particularly when I managed to lock myself out - it was nearly 10 pm when I returned from a work event and she brought herself out of a warm home into the cold wind to let me in. The room I was in wasn't very well sound-insulated, which may simply reflect the age of the property. “There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor). I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend.”

“Staff were cheerful and helpful. Room was large and nicely set out. Bed was too soft for me but if you like a soft bed.... Floor could use a vacuum and in lifts. Easy access from car parking with case trolley available. Air con was quiet. Room was very quiet. Restaurant available but could use another vegetarian option. I'd stay again but hopefully have a harder bed and freshly vacuumed floor 😉”

“Front desk people were amazing. Parking was secure apartment, although the layout was bizarre, it was so clean and well equipped. Such a convenient location, easy to find. Modern appliances, large bathroom, excellent shower, comfy lounge,great patio. Aircon in rooms, large tv in main bedroom, coffee, tea and milk supplied.”
