Perfectly positioned for nature lovers and beachgoers alike, this spacious retreat is less than two miles from the iconic sands of Nauset Light and Coast Guard Beach. You are also just steps away from the Cape Cod National Seashore, scenic bike paths, and charming local favorites, ensuring that whether you’re grabbing a scoop at Ben & Jerry’s or exploring hidden nature trails, everything you need is within easy reach.

    The interior of the home blends classic Cape charm with modern updates, featuring central air conditioning and gleaming wood floors throughout. The heart of the home is a bright, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with soaring cathedral ceilings, leading into an inviting living area where a large dining table that seats eight. For a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle, French doors open onto a spacious, furnished deck perfect for golden hour lounging. After a day in the surf, enjoy a local tradition by rinsing off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower before firing up the gas grill for a backyard barbecue in your private yard.

    Thoughtfully designed for comfort and accessibility, the home offers a flexible layout with bedrooms on both levels. The main floor features a primary queen bedroom and a cozy twin room, while the second floor hosts another queen bedroom with its own TV and a second twin room, all sharing a newly renovated full bath. Modern conveniences abound, from high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV to a dishwasher and laundry units. This is more than just a rental; it is a peaceful sanctuary where summer memories are made.

    Upon advance request, guests may access a Level II EV charger (JuiceBox Pro) for one vehicle for an additional fee. No pets, please. Maximum 3 cars during stay. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fit 8 people comfortably. Very close to the beach. Private backyard. Great outdoor shower with awesome water pressure. Great neighborhood. Wish there was at least one cabinet for groceries. Beds were a bit hard. Maybe some mattresses toppers could be added by the owner.Overall, great experience and would definitely rent this house again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was as described in the rental listing. The location provided good access to the National Seashore. The problem: nowhere in the rental listing did 1) the owner or 2) the local listing agent or 3) any other rental platform state that the owner was not providing any mattress pads, pillows or blankets this year due to COVID-19. The photographs on the listing site would have suggested otherwise. Fortunately, the on-call real estate contact provided us with most, but not all, of what we needed for the week. Gratis. This oversight, which was totally preventable, marred our arrival on a cold and rainy Sunday evening. The local agent, when queried the next day, said "Oh, all the property owners are doing that this year." Really. Well, it would be a good idea to post such information on the listing.

Our family has been going to Cape Cod for over 20 years and have enjoyed every year. This year was no exception! The house did not disappoint. Very clean, spacious and cozy feeling. Had all amenities we look for in a vacation home. Perfect location. Thank you for a great week!
