Family vacation

Fabulous vacation. The home was as beautiful and well appointed as the photos make it out to be. Anneli was a lovely host. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck in the evenings watching the sunsets with the seals and otters. We cannot wait to go back.

A truly remarkable property in a magical place. The owners clearly hold their guests in high regard with thoughtful touches (fresh flowers throughout), efficient and personal management, and impeccable cleanliness. Every detail has been thoughtfully anticipated and executed.The details just go on and on from high end appliances, comfortable furnishings and multiple outdoor and indoor vignettes that invite reflection and relaxation. Our stay could not have been better! The house is beautifully appointed, owner was super responsive and the setting is simply perfect! Beautiful home, views, tastefully decorated and fully equipped for a wonderful getaway. The host was terrific and most helpful with tips to enjoy your stay. Close to town yet remote enough for privacy. The sunsets were spectacular!

Wonderful vacation home!

The house is beautiful and the views are spectacular! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were super comfortable, the outdoor furniture is very comfortable as well. We have rented lots of properties on VRBO and this was our favorite!

Perfect Orcas Getaway!

We have stayed in a lot of nice rentals, but my family all agreed that this beautiful house is the best yet. Truly remarkable views! Plus the yard, gardens, and the house itself are also amazing. And the host was wonderful! We all can’t wait to come back!

Amazing place!

We loved our stay on Orcas. This house was beautiful. Three bedrooms, with one bedroom having a queen and two twin beds. Having dinner on the deck was magical, and my 3 year old loved the play house. The house is 5 minutes from Eastsound. It was perfectly locater to explore the whole island. Already dreaming of going back.

Wonderful home!

We had the best visit. The home is beautiful, very clean, comfortable…well stocked kitchen, nice linens. Location is ideal…less than 10 min to Eastsound and about 20 to Rosario Harbor and Moran State Park. We saw lots of wildlife at the house…many harbor seals, huge starfish, deer, hummingbirds and eagles. My kids loved kayaking out to Freeman Island and exploring there. The yard are view of bay are spectacular. Homeowner was very helpful and thoughtful. We would absolutely stay here again!

A dream vacation house!

Pictures hardly do this place justice - the view and location of the property were priceless. Sitting out on the wraparound deck each night was a dream. We were a multi-generational family of 8 including 3 kids under 3 and the house had everything we could have needed and more than enough space to accommodate us all comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen, clean and modern bedroom and bathrooms, and the little outdoor playhouse was icing on the cake. Anyone would be lucky to spend a week at Anneli’s while on Orcas and we hope to be back one day!

This place is just lovely. Everything you need and things you didn’t know you wanted (like cookies and wine on arrival!!! Amazing!). The energy of the house is just lovely. We hope to come again!

Perfect Family Getaway from Texas

This vacation was amazing! Full of exploration yet so relaxing. The owner, house, island, etc were all amazing! We loved being surrounded by the wildlife, going on adventures on the shore and the island, sitting on the patio, and playing on the lawn. We cannot wait to return!!
