When I asked the very rough looking person at the front desk where I should walk my dog, they replied "You? You should not be on this street after dark. “Good location! Manager answered all our questions and said they would fix the issues we had but never did. They gave us a small refund for our inconvenience. When they didn’t fix the very easy issues we didn’t address others. There is something wrong with the heating system. The thermostat didn’t work properly. The place was either freezing or way too hot. The kitchen door needs to be cleaned- it was very sticky. We enjoyed our stay overall! ”
