Increíble casa frente al lago en Holidays Shores! ¡Esta casa de 4682 pies cuadrados tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones perfectas en el lago! Ubicada en una cala tranquila en aguas profundas, esta casa es perfecta para una gran familia o amigos. Hay mucho espacio para estar juntos o para pasar un rato tranquilo.

Los baños han sido recientemente renovados y hay un gran sótano recién terminado (2292 pies cuadrados). El nivel principal incluye 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, una gran cocina totalmente equipada y una sala familiar que se abre a un relajante porche cubierto. La planta baja incluye 2 dormitorios, 1 baño y una amplia zona de juegos abierta / sala familiar / bar y cocina. Dos puertas francesas se abren a un gran porche cubierto con una parrilla incorporada. Hay dos parrillas de propano (una arriba y otra abajo para su comodidad). Tres refrigeradores con máquinas de hielo brindan mucho espacio para sus alimentos y bebidas.

Una pasarela pavimentada conduce a una terraza para tomar el sol, una cubierta sombreada al borde del agua y un gran muelle. El muelle contiene 2 remontes y 2 remontes de esquí acuático, para que pueda traer sus juguetes acuáticos. Great communication leading up to the stay. The views were beautiful from the deck and dock. Plenty of seating options outside, including a lower level with a Solo stove. Traveling with family, we have often had a difficult time with fridge space, however this property had multiple fridges, which eliminated this issue. Would love to return in the future.

Beautiful large home,clean and well stocked with anything we needed, perfect for our family of 10 to spread out and enjoy our time together! Kids and adults enjoyed all of the water toys, the shaded dock and fishing. Plenty room at dock for our boat and 2 jet skis!! Tom was an excellent host, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back for a longer stay next time!!

The house was absolutely wonderful. All of my family loved it. Tom checked with us several times to make sure all was well. The dock was also great with great swimming area. Several of us enjoyed the kayaking as well. I plan to stay again and would highly recommend!

Great family get-away

Big house and great layout, letting the family spread out and come together as desired. The dock was awesome -- had everything onsite to have fun -- floating island, individual floats, swing, kayaks and canoe, you name it. Some fished, some floated and swam. The house has everything you want for a comfortable stay.

Great Graduation Weekend!

We had a fabulous long weekend at this property on the lake! Tom is a wonderful host and everything we could want at the house was there. We knew before we booked that it was further away from the college then preferred but we needed a large house in this house had kayaks, games, ping-pong, and many fabulous areas for the different family members to hang out

Peaceful retreat

We had a great time at this beautiful home on Lake Sinclair. We wanted a vacation away from the stresses of life and this home did the job. The lake is full of fun activities, the house had ping pong, a basketball hoop, and darts to keep the kids busy when they weren't swimming and the kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Spacious house with gorgeous view

This is our family's 3rd time staying here. It's great for family to spread out. The view of the lake is amazing. The host is very helpful and easy to reach. There is plenty of room with lots to do while going nowhere! We hope to stay here again!
