“It was clean, the communication was great, check in was very easy. The did provide nice little thoughts with cleaning supplies, extra tp , and coffee pods. Also the washer / dryer is a great perk. It is about 10 mins or so south of SJ downtown and beaches but I was born and raised in SJ so understood this before booking. “The inside of the house was adorable. Very close to downtown, could easily walk there. The only negative was that you had to go outside to get to the fenced in backyard, there's no direct access from inside house.”

“Clean house, well equiped, very quiet location, easy access to fishing, caught mostly bluegills and a bass. Comfortable stay for 4 people. We did not have a pet but dogs are welcome. ”
