“Staff was kind and courteous. I am vegetarian and they don’t have many options for a vegan on the breakfast buffet. But it was still nice to have breakfast included in the price of the room. The room was comfortable and had a refrigerator and hot water kettle for tea which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Amazing view and excellent service
The hotel offers a stunning view of Yokohama.
The staff were very kind and attentive - even though the system was down and the check-in took a bit longer, they kindly offered us a complimentary drink while we waited. The amenities were of high quality and overall, it was a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend this hotel.”
