“It has been a really nice hotel. Cozy location and good for business since the WiFi is good. ”

“Overall a fine stay and what we expected from a Premier Inn. I think staff could deal with some retraining on how to deal with customer complaints. We didn't appreciate front desk staff knocking on our hotel door at 3am TWICE and waking up our jet lagged baby that we spent half an hour soothing. Super disappointing and left us feeling very uncomfortable.”

“Bueno”

“If you do Not want to sleep it is the place to be. Every time someone showered it was as if it was in my room. There was some massive type of plumbing noise at anytime of the night it was terrible at 1 am or 4 am was it someone or something else I do not know. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and pleasant. The good thing is the location”

“Nice stay close to airport”

“The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated.”

“Fast , efficient and friendly desk staff.”

“El personal muy atento y se preocupan por todo, se han portado de 10!”

Only one complaint was that the housekeeper was cleaning rooms in my area and slamming doors between 9:30pm- 10:15pm. It was a little inconvenient since I needed to wake up at 3:45am for an early flight.”

“Hotel muy práctico para hacer noche en el aeropuerto. Si sales de la T4 no hay más que cruzar a ella y si son otras terminales incluso de madrugada antes de que haya trenes entre terminales el bus local en la parada 11 al salir por la puerta principal en la planta llegadas te lleva a cualquier hora a la T5. Se paga solo 1,75 libras con contactless en el mismo bus al entrar como cualquier bus de Londres. Check-in rapidísimo y check-out instantáneo. Super preparado para no perder el tiempo.”

“Sadly, a good experience during the stay became uncomfortable when they accused me of damaging the kettle in my room, they accused me of having used it with milk, which is incorrect and I categorically deny it, I used the kettle properly with water for coffee and tea, on the other hand, they found milk in a cup because I ate cereal but with cold milk, at no time did I use the kettle to heat milk. I don't care about the £20 they charged me, but I do care to make it clear that it was a false...
