Le Grand Charme – Lac du Der – 15 guests – 4-star vacation home

Welcome to Le Grand Charme, a 4-star property just 800 m from Lac du Der. Enjoy a spacious 360 m² interior and 1,200 m² of outdoor space, ideal for up to 15 guests.



Upon arrival, everything is ready for you: beds are made, towels and linens are provided. Take advantage of 15 bikes, pétanque court, ping-pong, foosball, a large garden with covered and open terraces, barbecue, and loungers. Private parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, two Nespresso machines, a Senseo, and a traditional coffee maker are available. Baby equipment is provided on request.



On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, full cookware, dishwasher. Two comfortable living rooms, one with a pellet stove, the other with a fireplace and wood provided, electric heating, direct access to the terrace.



Playroom with toys and books for children. One bedroom with en-suite shower, another bathroom, 3 toilets. Laundry room with washer and dryer.



Upstairs: 6 bedrooms each with two 90 x 200 cm beds convertible to 180 x 200 cm, one with private shower room. Another bedroom has a third bed.



In total: 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (2 with double showers), 7 toilets.



Secure outbuildings for bikes or gear, dedicated workspace.

Shops in Arrigny (2 min by car, 5 min by bike): bakery, restaurant, takeaway pizzeria, bar/tabac, pottery. Supermarket, butcher, cheesemonger, wine cellars in Frignicourt (15–20 min by car).



Check-in from 12 pm (self check-in). Check-out until 4 pm, no rush.
