Just over a kilometer from Toul town center, you will stay in a spacious 400 m² manor house and enjoy 18 ares of fully enclosed grounds.
The house's layout, with its four two-bedroom suites, offers a degree of independence, while the ground-floor living areas and veranda provide spaces for relaxation. "Villa Lucie" is a detached 400 m² house on three levels.

Ground floor: entrance hall, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two verandas, laundry room with a shower and toilet.

Accessible basement with a second refrigerator and a freezer.
Wi-Fi internet access (fiber optic).

First floor: 50 m² living room divided into two sections with access to a terrace, suite 1 with two bedrooms (one double bed and one single bed), shower room, and separate toilet.
2nd floor: Suite 2 with two bedrooms (one double bed and one single bed), bathroom/WC. Suite 3 with two bedrooms (one double bed and one single bed), shower room, and separate WC.

3rd floor (attic): Suite 4 with two sleeping areas (three single beds), a living room with a table and sofa, and a bathroom/WC.

Four garages are available at the rear of the property. Parking is also available in front of the house on the street side (free of charge).

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes, kitchen area, and garbage), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption.

For everyone's comfort, the gîte is non-smoking.
