Hotel is in the perfect location less than 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower so many restaurants in the area for breakfast and for dinner. The staff was so helpful with helping keeping bags booking taxis and answering any questions we had. The room was an upgraded room with a balcony which is a small balcony but holds two people not a full balcony but nice enough to sit and relax unfortunately it was raining when we were there but bathroom perfect size bed was comfortable good enough for two people enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

We did have to upgrade our room twice to get what we wanted. However the hotel was first class all the way.

Standards of welcome and attentiveness are always good at Sofitel but on this occasion of my birthday and our engagement, the attention and care was off the scale. Thank you for making it so memorable, until the next time.

Breakfast was nice however it would make sense to offer a toaster for people to toast their own bread and a self service coffee maker.

Lovely staff, great location with easy access to train station & walking distance to main attractions! Felt very safe walking around the area as well with great restaurants in the area!
