This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed it. The place is spacious with the perfect amount of rooms and bed styles. Our group loved the house and all the amazing amenities it came with. We can’t wait to stay there again.

Summer Fun

The house was large enough for my family to enjoy. Kitchen well stocked. Hot tub was enjoyed after time at Pineview. The pool was closed for maintenance so the littles weren't happy that day!

Spacious property in Eden

We had a great stay! The property was clean, it was easy to access, the kitchen was well appointed and up to date. There was so much room! The surroundings are beautiful and the community pool is close by. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay

Our family, 15 of us, had a great weekend together. The home was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of blankets, towels for the pool, hot tub heated and ready to enjoy, and a very well stocked kitchen. I had a couple of questions and Brady responding quickly. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Place to Stay

Had an event at Pineview and needed a place for several employees to stay. This condo fit the bill well. It was nice. We only heated water and made sandwiches but the kitchen seemed well-appointed. Everything was clean. Would definitely recommend. No complaints at all.

Weekend Memory Location!

Our family enjoyed our little get-a-way. We were impressed with the little details of the folded towels and bathroom supplies. The facility description says "fully stocked kitchen," and that's no exaggeration! We packed a few kitchen items, but we didn't need to use them. Thank you for helping our family make memories! Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Summer fun.

Great location It was no more than 90 minutes for our furthest visitor (Stansbury Park). We were 10 minutes or less to Pineview Dam. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful. Our family of 15 all stayed comfortably in this condo. The unit had many kitchen appliances (blender, mix-master, air fryer) and some food staples as well (sugar, salt, spices, vanilla, coffee) and much more.

Great house and great location

This place is great. Lots of room. The pool was nice and warm. There are lots of things to do in area. the place was well equipped with kitchen stuff and things to do. The owner was great and helpful.

Bad Situation Made Great!

We came in from out of town to preform my daughters wedding 40 miles away from our home, (DIY) style on the beautiful Bailey Farm. We had reservation for our whole family (12) to stay in a condo at Wolf Creek (made in January). Just before we left town our Condo manager (Brady) phoned me and informed me that the people who had stayed prior to us still had all their belongings all over the condo when the cleaning lady showed up to clean the condo for our stay. He phoned them immediately and they said they thought they could stay another night. They had not paid to stay another night nor had they asked to do so at that point. (Who does that?) They were out for the day and would not be able to get their stuff out anywhere soon. Mother of the Bride (Me) was in a panic but Brady quickly resolved the issue by providing us another place to stay. He was so amazing to pull off such a seemingly impossible task. It is not easy to find accommodations at the last minute for a large family on a weekend. Kudos and thanks to his great relationship with other owners that were willing to work with him at the last minutes. To me that says a lot about who he is and the relationship he has with others in his field. The wedding was wonderful, the accommodations were superb and all worked out well. Thank you Brady and Jess! You are truly a dream team! Forever Grateful! Debbie

We really enjoyed our stay

This is a very nice townhome in a beautiful area. The kitchen is well equipped for meals for all 14 of us. We liked the clubhouse rec center. There are snow sledding hills nearby. Great place!
