We had a wonderful family get together at the house. Lots of space for large groups, including legit 6 bedrooms all with their own full bathroom except two that shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Our family enjoyed the kayaks, ping pong and fuss all. Host was very responsive when we had a question. I recommend this property.

6 day stay

Great property for the family to stay for an event in Annapolis. Just a short ride into town. Plenty of space for all Enjoyed it and would recommend this property for any large group

We had such an amazing and relaxing stay at this beautiful property. There was something for everyone. Great fishing off the pier for the boys, a fantastic game room for the kiddos and tons of space to relax and a fully stocked kitchen to cook in for the rest of us. The owners were very responsive and communicative. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at this house for a girls trip. There were five of us total and it was nice for everyone to have their own bedroom and own bathroom. The house was clean. The bedding was very nice and everything smelled fresh. The location by the water was excellent. There was an issue with the huge master bedroom upstairs, but just with the TV. The one girl couldn’t hear it and the volume button on the remote did not work, but the remote worked the TV for everything else. So we tried using one of the other remotes to turn the volume up and that worked enough for her just for the short time we were there. Everything else was great and good communication with the host. would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home!

This is a large, well appointed, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It has 6 large bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. It also has a large kitchen, living room, and dining room with plenty of cooking and dining supplies. The back porch has lots of furniture and a nice grill.

We enjoyed the whole time!

We enjoyed the whole time. This property is very clean and beautiful. The host is very friendly and easy to reach! We like the inside and outside. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen cookware and dining set are nice. We will comeback for sure!

Perfect setting

Six fraternity brothers have been getting together for a long weekend for 20 years to catch up, eat great food, sightsee and watch sports. This was a great venue for us: lots of space, six bedrooms, big-screen TV, and close to Annapolis and great restaurants The days with nice weather we were able to sit on the dock by the water a great weekend Our host was responsive to our questions from the time we booked through our stay. Highly recommend this beautiful house in a great location.

Very easy and organized process.

Great property. Plenty of room. Beautiful space. Great TVs and entertainment space for a rainy day. Near stores and restaurants. The only downsides were20-30 minutes from Annapolis and no place to swim.

Just as described

The house was very clean and beautiful. There were kayaks, canoes and a paddle boat available for us to use and they were all ready to use. We caught tons of crabs from the dock! Close to lots of shopping, restaurants and beaches. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful for a family gathering of 11

The bedrooms and baths and lounging spaces were more than adequate for our family. The kitchen easily accommodated several cooks. The cookware could have included a few smaller items as there was tons of storage space. We enjoyed the swing under the deck and the lower fire pit.

Beautiful and spacious house

We chose this spectacular house for our 55th USNA reunion as a place to gather with classmates during the reunion. We never felt crowded and enjoyed entertaining our classmates. John is a great host and answered any questions we had right away. If we make it to the 60th, we will call John!

Great home and host!

Great hike with plenty of room for large family. John has added a fire pit and chairs to deck, which is a nice touch. Propane tanks filled and available. John is a very responsive host and took care of any issue we had. The neighborhood HOA very sensitive to street parking but plenty of parking at property. Was perfect for commissioning week.

Great property for large families or multiple couples. Plenty of sleeping space with five full baths and one half bath. Wonderful kitchen and tables great for eating and/or games. Outdoor space offers a pier with table and chairs, kayaks with access to the water, fire pits with seating, and large decks off the kitchen and master bedroom.. The neighborhood is quiet but convenient to groceries and restaurants. Add that the owner was very accommodating and you have all you need for a great stay.

Family wedding trip

House is large and accommodating for up to 12 adults. 4 bedrooms with en suit bath, two with Jack/Jill. First floor bedroom perfect for our elderly parents. Upstairs Master is large and accommodating. Beds are Very comfortable. Quiet spot, AC, giant screen tvs, large and well applianced kitchen. Very pleased.
