“Very nice hotel with very nice view. It’s right in the heart of shinjuku and 8-9 min walking to shinjuku station. They have a great shuttle to the airport which makes it very convenient for your last days in Japan. The only reaps. I give it 4 stars is because not fan of the breakfast buffet. This si second time I stayed there and declined the option this time. Overall a great hotel.”

“Buen hotel”

“The stay was amazing the staff is great and very helpful with great recommendations!!! Thanks for everything hope to see you soon !!”

“El ambiente es poco afable! Le falta calidez al personal.”

“Location not ideal”

“We liked the proximity to the train station and in walking distance to central Shinjuku and Koreatown. It's in a residential neighborhood very close to the trains. The noise wasn't bad, but sometimes noise from residents on the streets below could be a bother. The lack of a front desk and person was strange but we got used to it, and the staff were responsive. Our space was good for a family of four but there wasn't much room for luggage and the spaces were small for anyone with a bigger frame....

“Lavandería, cocina, espacio. Todo perfecto para una familia de 4”

“Todo excelente”

“Excellent hotel, 100% recommended!”

“Gran hotel, súper ubicado !”

“Lo pequeño de las habitaciones es sustituido por un gran concepto de hotel y servicio estupendo . La ubicación es céntrica, pero no agobiante. Regresaría muchas veces”

“muy amables, copados y profesionales”

“Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. They also offer luggage storage if you arrive before check-in or need to leave your bags after check-out, which is very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Walking space in the room is reduced”

“Un hotel muy bonito, solo el personal tiene muchísimo trabajo y no son muy atentos.”
