With Princes Street and the City Centre only a short walk, you can easily be at the heart of Edinburgh’s shopping, historic and cultural district. For nightlife, the apartment offers convenient access to popular bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. And when you want a break from the bustle and excitement of the city, the peaceful Royal Botanic Gardens are within walking distance (approx. 15 mins), as are excellent transport connections to out of town attractions. The apartment itself contains two bedrooms (one double and one twin, both with new mattresses from January 2024), one with en-suite facilities. The lounge / dining area open out onto a small patio area, for which a table and chairs are provided.

There is a car park for the development which guests are to use. It is free subject to guests entering the vehicle details into the parking system. There is not an allocated spot, but we have never struggled to find a space.
