Este impresionante apartamento en el segundo piso es una base perfecta para explorar esta hermosa ciudad de Edimburgo, ya sea por negocios o por placer. Este es un hermoso apartamento que está amueblado con un estándar de lujo por un diseñador de interiores líder. The apartment is in a great location, convenient and walking distance to most everything we wanted to see and do. Beds were comfortable, heat and hot water plentiful. Owner was responsive and pleasant to work with.

We had an excellent stay! Shahid was kind enough to let us check in early since the property had finished being cleaned. That was really helpful for some weary travelers on the day of our arrival. The unit was spotless and comfortable. I loved the huge towels! Need to find some at home!The location can’t be beat! So easy to walk to a number of historic locations. Also very convenient to have a coffee shop right downstairs!

Amazing location right on the Royal Mile! It was a very quiet night's sleep. Shahid was so helpful and answered help calls immediately. Great directions on location of the lock box. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The stair access was challenging but not a deterrent for us. I am 74 but have no health issues and am active. The apartment ceilings are at least 12-16 feet high. The 3rd floor is a climb. The stairs are very wide and there are 2 flights per floor, carpeted, and with beautiful iron railings. Take your time. The apartment is worth it.

Nice apartment right on the Royal Mile. We happen to stay there during a large festival. Thank goodness the windows in the bedrooms had double panes. However, the living/dining room does not, so it was very loud until later when the crowds lessened. Adding double panes in this room would be a huge benefit. Also, great mattress in the master, but the other room is in need of better mattress pads or at least a mattress topper. And while we knew there was 3 flights, no elevator, did not expect 65 steps. Tough with suitcases, but we carried them one by one with two people so made it work. Communication with Shahid was excellent. He checked in on us a couple of times to make sure all was well. Oh, and there is a wonderful coffee shop/evening bar with indie music right next to the apt. Would recommend this place. A few updates and it would be a 10/10!

We had a wonderful time! Everything is clean and well maintained and it is the perfect Edinburgh location. There are lots of steps to get to the condo- but you can’t go anywhere in Edinburgh without climbing some steps!

First Time Visiting Edinburgh

We chose to stay on the Royal Mile for our first visit to Edinburgh. Location was perfect, plenty of space, very clean. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Very good

Great location, very nice apartment right in the center of everything. Would love an elevator in the building but not a huge deal. Would book again. We found the key box with just minor delay, but would advise future guests, when standing in the street and facing Café Nero, the key box is down the small alley directly to the left of the restaurant(host has a picture of the alley entrance in his check-in info)… Thanks to host and we may be back again some day. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location, attentive owner, in the heart of of everything. That does come with some drawbacks a lot of early morning noise and a lot of stairs.But unit is well maintained and my family loved it.

Edinburgh visit

The property was beautiful, impressive size, clean, big windows, fantastic location. Property manager was responsive and helpful. We were not aware that the flat was many levels up with no elevator at booking, was a challenge for our senior parent. Nevertheless we would definitely recommend this rental for able bodied folks who want to be in the heart of the Edinburgh action!

Honestly, there was really nothing that I could think of negatively that I could write about this booking. Great location, great host/communicator, reasonably priced for the location. For us it was an awesome vacation. Clean and property was exactly as described. If you have difficulty getting up and down stairs, then maybe not the place for you, but then again, Edinburgh would not be a good place to visit if you don't want to climb stairs/hills. Overall, we completely enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

Great Location for trip to Edinburgh

Stayed two nights while we explored Old Town Edinburgh. Excellent location. Taxi can drop off right out front of the apartment. Accommodations we clean and comfortable. There is 5 flights of stairs to climb but it was manageable. Very close to everything. Coffee shop right downstairs. Apartment did not have a hair dryer or bath products (shampoo/body wash) so need to bring your own other than that it was a spectacular space.

Perfect stay

Two couples enjoyed this apartment in the heart of the Royal Mile. Unbeatable location with comfortable accommodations. Plenty of room, beds comfortable and had everything you would need for a fantastic stay. We enjoyed watching out the window at the crowds below. Very quiet however to sleep. Unbeatable stay!!!
