  • Located in the very heart of Edinburgh's Newtown just the shortest of strolls to George and Princes Street. Bright and spacious Georgian apartment with high ceilings and five bedrooms four of which are en-suite. Situated on the third and fourth floor of a Queen St Newtown building circa 1776 (ish). Please note whilst we do have lots of character we do not have lift access, so do bear this in mind if concerned about the climb.

    The property sits next to No19Apartment and these can be reserved together.

Great place great location!

We had a wonderful stay! Close to buses and tram. Very nice neighborhood and the house was really comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic space

This space was perfect for our group of 12. It was clean and spacious- just as described. The large dining table was nice to have and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here.

Our family of 10 stayed in this lovely 5 BR flat. The owners were extremely helpful and fun. The apartment was incredibly furnished and close to everything we were looking for in Edinburgh. We hope to return.

Great location! Easy to get to all the things we wanted to see! The house was perfect for our group, Belinda and Stephen were very detailed in their instructions and responsive if we had any questions! The beds were super comfy and the showers had great water pressure!

Great place for a large group, and a great location in the heart of Edinburgh. We were 3 couples and 2 singles, and all had our own bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed the spacious family room, relaxing and playing games at the end of the day. The hosts were wonderful, responding quickly to all questions. There are several flights of stairs up to the apartment, but if that’s not an issue for you this is a fantastic place.

The Perfect Location

Our family stayed in the loft apartment for a family wedding. It was the perfect location. The wedding venue and the reception site were within walking distance. Being able to stay in an apartment allowed our family to relax together and talk in a way a hotel could not accommodate. Our hosts, Belinda and Stephen, were gracious and very responsive. We loved our stay!

Family trip to Edinburgh

The hosts were very responsive to questions and thoughtful. It was a very nice well maintained place and served our family well. The location was perfect. Couldn’t ask for more! We’d recommend without hesitation!

Fantastic Stay!

The flat was fantastic for a large group! It’s central location made it so easy to get to the main sites of Edinburgh with so many great restaurant and bars in the immediate vicinity. The flat itself was spacious and clean and working with the owners was brilliant - they are great people and wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay there again!

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh and the apartment was right in the city center. Walking distance to all the sites. Lots of space for the 8 of use to spread out. Highly recommend.
