  • Located on the ground floor (but with steps), the Restalrig Apartment, with free Wifi and free on-street parking, welcomes two guests maximum.

    The one-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a two-seater breakfast table, while a dining table and chairs can be found in the living room.

    The apartment is located in a residential building, so late check-ins are not possible - 2200hrs being the latest.

    This is not a party flat. CCTV protected (cameras located externally obviously!).

    Maximum number of guests: Two (2) for licencing, fire & insurance reasons. Extra guests are strictly forbidden and the booking will be cancelled.

Apartamento te sentiras como en casa

Apartamento afueras Edimburgo, con parada de bus en la puerta, equipado con todo como en tu casa, tienes sal,especies, harina, cafe, azucar... gel, champu...esta bien conservado y su decoracion es acogedora. Muy recomendable

Our host, Susan, was on top of our stay. Communication was excellent and she had our apartment clean, neat and just about every amenity you could think of. Access to Edinburgh by bus was quick and convenient with multiple bus routes going right by our door.

Susan is an exceptional host, prompt answers when needed, clear communication, and lovely to deal with. There are instructions for everything with labels making it super easy, the apartment is gorgeous, and the location is fantastic - close enough to the tourist areas, but far enough where it’s quiet and residential when you come back for the night. If/when I come back to Scotland, I would 1000% book here again for location, amenities, and the host

Very comfortable in all ways. Susan thought of everything to make our stay comfortable as well as providing essential information on the area, local travel, and bus stops. Home was very clean and comfortable. A++. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at Susan’s apartment. Location was great - so close to city centre, it was perfectly clean, so well equipped including high quality kitchen utensils etc, very quiet, excellent info on everything including cheaper bus travel, and Susan answered any queries within minutes. Highest recommendation if staying in Edinburgh!

We loved our stay at Susan’s apartment. The unit was exactly as described and was perfect for our 3 night stay in Edinburgh. The location was very good and the public transportation was right outside the door. Would happily return here.

I received personal emails from the host, Susan, the most important of which was letting me know about the EU visas I would need. I haven’t traveled abroad in so long I had no clue. She saved our behinds. Great location for the property with wonderful amenities. Walkable to the Royal Mile and Portobello Beach. I would definitely stay again.

This property was clean, well equipped, easily accessed and very convenient for catching a bus. Susan was very good at communicating and was always available for questions and help about the area. I recommend this property for comfort and convenience.

This was an amazing stay! The hospitality and the communication was fantastic. The place is near a bus stop so we did not have to navigate driving in Edinburgh. There’s a store across the street. It was quiet. And beautiful. But most of all the host was incredible!

Susans place is super cozy and had everything one could need. The whole apartment was perfectly clean and the location so close to the bus and a 7/11 Store was prefect for our first visit to Edinburgh.The communication with Susan was super organised, professional and very friendly.Thanks again for everything!We will come back here for our next visit and recommend the apartment 100%!

Susan war eine tolle Gastgeberin! Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man sich wünscht und die Kommunikation hat auch super geklappt! Excellent location, grocery store and bakery right across the street. bus stop as well. Very cozy and had everything we needed. Our host Susan was great. 5 stars is not enough to describe her level of communication and helpfulness. Within a few hours of booking we had an email from her with information about. the area, transportation, tour options, food etc. We have used VRBO to book for over 20 years, all over the world, and this was by far THE best booking and stay we have had.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at Susan's flat during the Fringe festival. It was easy to use local transport and had a well stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay again when in town.
