    The Space:

    This charming apartment in central Edinburgh comfortably accommodates four guests. It features two bedrooms with double beds, a functional bathroom, and a cozy living room with a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a dining area. This family friendly space offers a perfect home away from home during your stay in Scotland.



    Guest Access:

    ● Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

    ● The property is located on the second floor, and there are two flights of stairs to the flat. Please note that the steps are steep; therefore this property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.



    There is no free parking space available at this property, but there is on-street paid parking nearby from Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, and on Sunday between 12 PM–6 PM. It is free to park before and after these times. Please note there is a max 3-hour stay here at all times.



    Check-in Information:

    Guests will need to collect the keys from a KeyNest located at Costcutter at 9-11 Frederick Street, Edinburgh EH2 2EY, which is a short 3-minute walk from the property. Their working hours are as follows:

    Thu-Sat: 07:00 - 04:00

    Sun: 07:00 - 00:00

    There is no free parking space available at this property, but there is on-street paid parking nearby from Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, and on Sunday between 12 PM–6 PM. It is free to park before and after these times. Please note there is a max 3-hour stay here at all times.



    The nearest bus stop to the property is called George Street (Stop GG), and it is a short 1-minute walk.



    A 4-minute walk will take you to the nearest tram station, Princes Street.

We would like you to know that there is no issue with the building you booked your stay in. However, you may notice scaffolding and workers at the back of the neighbouring building. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The apartment was great. My only complaint was the property had a very limited supply of hot water. Multiple showers weren’t possible. There’s no a/c, so be cautious in warmer months. The surrounding area was very nice and within walking distance to the Royal Mile. There was a nightclub downstairs which was up all night and played the most obnoxiously loud music. Since it was so warm, we had to sleep with windows open, which created a noise problem with the obnoxious night club noise.

4 Days In Edinburgh

The property was great. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and bathroom stocked. It took us a moment to figure out the washer/dryer combo, and it does take many hours for a full cycle, so don't wait until the last moment to do any laundry. The location is perfect for just walking everywhere. The only mild annoyance is that there is a bar almost directly underneath and they are open late. The patrons can be very loud well into the morning, but I also think that is a risk that comes with booking a place right in the middle of the city. I really don't have any actual complaints though and I felt this suite was exactly what our group was looking for. It accommodated 4 adults (2 couples) very well, and was lovely on the inside. Oh, and if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to carry it up more than one flight of stairs (not a negative for us, just want to be informative).
