Habitación espaciosa. Buena ubicación. Muy silencioso. Lo que no me gustó fue wue quedamos a una hora para recoger el equipaje y la persona encargsdo no nos abrió la puerta, estano en la calle más de 20 minutos hasta que llegó el recepcionista para el cambio de turno. Es un hotel en que te dan llave de la puerts de la calle y de la habitación

Acogedor, con encanto y típico escocés.
Trato amable y personal atento y dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación cómoda y limpia. La única pega es si tienes problemas por tener escalones para subir. No hay ascensor. Para nosotros no fue un problema porque llevábamos maletas pequeñas. Distancia al centro 15 minutos andando. Buen comunicado con tranvía y parada de autobús y taxis. Nosotros fuimos en taxi al aeropuerto y no llega a 20 euros. (17libras). Por lo económico que es no se puede pedir más.

Un hotel tranquilo, en una calle típica escocesa
Aunque he pasado muy poco tiempo en el hotel, este ha sido completamente agradable. Una habitación enorme y limpia, y un desayuno muy completo. Es un hotel ideal para parejas, y tan sólo dispone de 9 habitaciones, por lo que es muy tranquilo. Su ubicación en Haymarket es perfecta.

Nice hotel not very far from the city centre
We stayed two nights. The hotel is not very far from the city centre and really close to Haymarket tram stop, so the location is perfect. We had room on the top floor, there is no elevator, but we already knew that. The room was not as clen as we expected and you can hear all the plumbing system from next room, so it was a bit noisy at night and in the early morning. The breakfast is good and the staff nice.

Pequeño hotel con encanto
Pequeño hotel que ofrece desayunos. Si no te importe hospedarte un poquito alejado del old town este es el sitio adecuado. Tiene Haymarket con su parada de tranvía para el centro y aeropuerto a 2 minutos. Nosotros íbamos a pie a todos lados. En referencia al hotel, muy limpio, muy silencioso y muy cómodo. El desayuno muy completo. Repetiríamos.

La relación calidad/precio no está mal, pero se echan en falta algunas comodidades (la calefacción no funcionaba en nuestro dormitorio, el grifo de la ducha no era nada cómodo, no limpiaban bien la habitación)

Es un hotel muy bien comunicado .
Hotel muy bien comunicado, se puede ir a la Royal Mile andando en 20 minutos durante los cuales vas viendo monumentos como el dedicado a Walter Scott y con diferentes autobuses que te acercan al Old Town como el n°31.Tambien cerca de la NewTown y el 27 te deja en el jardín botánico que es muy bonito. Buen desayuno típico y un camarero llamado Alam que es muy agradable y servicial que nos procuró todo lo que necesitamos como una estufa accesoria. Limpio y el dueño muy amigable.

La ducha podría estar algo más limpia. La habitación pequeñita, pero lo necesario. El señal wifi apenas nos llegaba a la habitación. La atención, impecable.

Encantador! Excelente atención y ubicación.
Tiene un encanto en un barrio muy bueno y cercano al centro de Edimburgo, buena atención por parte del personal en general, en especial del dueño del lugar. Muy recomendable!!!

la estancia en el hotel bien esta cerca de la parada de tranvía para ir hacia el centro y el trato por parte de los chicos jóvenes que atienden es una maravilla pero el señor mayor parece que esta aburrido de la vida no es nada agradable, es mas cuando llegamos creiamos que era mudo y tiene mal carácter. Este hotel si no interviniera dicho señor seria para un 10 pero baja a un 5 si se considera su trato

Conociendo Edimburgo
El hotel es parecido a una casa de huéspedes, la habitación que nos asignaron (la número 6) es grande, limpia y cómoda. Un detalle que no me agradó mucho es que el área de la ducha es reducido; no hay mucho espacio para moverse mientras te bañas. Por otra parte, el desayuno es bueno, no te quedas con hambre. Además, se sirve caliente porque lo preparan al momento en el que llegas al comedor. Las personas que atienden el lugar son amables, aunque no tienden a interactuar mucho con los huéspedes. Un punto a tomar en consideración es que no tienen elevador y las habitaciones están en primer o segundo piso. Hay quienes podrían tener problema con esto. El hotel queda muy cerca de la estación del tranvía Haymarket, así que puedes llegar al centro de Edimburgo o al aeropuerto sin problemas. Finalmente, quiero mencionar que el último día de nuestra estancia estuvimos escuchando un ruido en las tuberías por la noche. No sé qué podría ser, no era molesto, pero sí nos preocupaba que fuera algo malo. Nos dormimos y al otro día, el sonido desapareció.

Aunque solo estuve una noche pude apreciar en mi corta estancia que el personal es atento, amable, que la habitación (una triple) era espaciosa, limpia y silenciosa. fundamental para el viajero que lo que necesita es tranquilidad y comodidad para reposar de un ajetreado día de visitas. lo recomiendo por su totalidad, creo que es un hotel que dará mucho que hablar. Felicidades a los empleados que lo llevan.

It’s close to haymarket station. It’s conveniently located. The keyholes are “cute” and antique, we placed a post it on the inside so no one could see from the hallway. This was literally a peep hole. Our room was actively being renovated. We left and came back and it smelled of heavy paint, glue, nails were left all over the floor. A used towel was left on the toilet…. We had to go to the front desk and ask them to please sweep the floor since it was covered in plaster from the holes they drilled to install a shelf. We understand that things happen but that room was not ready for occupancy.

Storage space sold as a double room.
Lovely hotel initially but the double room was a closet room with a double bed squeezed in. I could not fit in the shower and the sink was the size of a shoe. Room 8 should not be sold as a room as it currently stands as it is a storage space at best. Also could not sleep as the pipes were terribly noisy everytime someone used their toilet in the hotel. Very disappointed.

A great location at Haymarket wrt access to EDI. Given the lovely condition of the entré and bar, I expect the larger rooms are nicer than apt 1, which was entirely serviceable for a single night in transit (though there was a sulphurous smell in the WC with a sketchy shower door).

Reach there and left as there is no parking area for the car. Have to park 5-10min drive away n walk back about 20-30min walks. They sin even want to offer parking service. Hotel looks very old n worn. Its more like a 2 story house.

We loved our stay in The No.32 Hotel very much. Great location in every way. Easy access by tram from the Edinburgh Airport to Haymarket stop and after that just a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The Princess Street in the city center is only a few tram stops away. Our room was quiet and cosy with a small and clean shower and a good bed with white linen. Everything worked nicely. We also had a beautiful view to the garden and occasionally we could hear the beautiful playing exercises of the nearby St Mary´s Music School. We enjoyed the full Scottish breakfast with fresh fruits, beans in tomato, fried eggs and bacon, sausages and black pudding together with tea, toasts and orange juice. The manager served us fabulously with my food allergies and intolerances. We realized that the full breakfast was worth paying for because it lasted us well into the afternoon tea or coffee. With this plan we did not have to waste any time for finding a proper restaurant. Small snacks wherever were enough for us during the day. After a long day in the city or on the day trip it was wonderful to return to our own cosy hotel´s bar for a drink or two with smooth music on the background. I must say that we felt very safe and welcomed and the manager was a very helpful host to all the guests. Do not hesitate to ask the manager tips for day trips or nearby restaurants. Special thanks for our host for tipping a nice Greek restaurant for our last night dinner.

This was a great stay. Hotel No 32 was relatively last minute Fringe accommodation for us and delivered a very large, spotlessly clean and well maintained room at a very reasonable rate. Staff were incredibly accomodating, including letting us keep luggage in our room 6 hours before check in and, as it was being cleaned, offering to let us change in another. The property has been well looked after and I think the bathroom might have been very recently renovated. The only slight fault was that the mattress on the (large!) bed seemed quite old, with a noticeable dip in the middle and lack of support/firmness. That meant sleep quality wasn’t fantastic. But the hotel was great in every other way.

The host was very friendly and helpful with showing me how to get around Edinburgh. Breakfast was tasty and the hotel stay was all around excellent. No. 32 hotel has a lot of character and beats staying in a sterile, corporate hotel. I highly recommend it!

Excellent, friendly hotel in brilliant location
We have stayed in a few hotels in the Edinburgh Haymarket area but the No. 32 Hotel is by far and away the best of the bunch. After a 2-3min walk from the airport bus stop, we were greeted at reception by Manesh who was extremely welcoming, happy to see us and really knowledgeable about the area and offered plenty of advice on how to get around. We dropped our bags in our top floor, quiet room and headed in to town to explore. When we got back to the room, we used the shower, which was excellent with great locally-produced shampoo and shower gels. The hotel is just a short walk from a number of great bars and restaurants and has it's own lovely bar just off of reception. Our room was restful for sleep and relaxation, and in the morning we went down to the breakfast room for a very generous serving of croissants, brioche, fresh fruit, porridge, and a lovely cooked breakfast, with fruit juices, tea and coffee. The staff were very friendly and attentive and couldn't do enough for us. It is a lovely boutique hotel just a short walk from Edinburgh's centre - we will 100% be staying here again when in Edinburgh. 10/10!

I know Edinburgh quite well, I have been there 6 times and stayed at many hotels. No 32 Hotel was a very positive experience, my new favourite. Location is great, easy when you arrive from the airport if you use tram or bus, stops are just 200 meters from the hotel. New town and old town are just 1-1,5 kilometers from the hotel-nice walk if you don't want to take a tram or bus there. Beautiful Dean Village and trendy Stockbridge with nice cafes and shops are very close as well. The street, where the hotel is located, is very quiet and the house itself is a beautiful townhouse. Interior is cosy and my room was beautifully furnished, stylish and I had a wonderful view to garden! Everything was also very clean, well kept and newly renovated. Breakfast was very filling, mix of Scottish breakfast, fresh fruits, yogurts etc- very good. The feeling was more like visiting someones home. This a family run small hotel, as a guest I felt very welcomed, Munish was very friendly and helpful host. I wish to return there and will recommend Hotel No 32 to my friends and family, why not to everyone.
