Unfortunately, this property did not offer the best of experiences for us. It needs quite a bit of TLC overall, with warped floor boards, mould in the bathroom and kitchen, and areas that have not been deep cleaned for many months. My husband and I spent about 2 hours cleaning the property on arrival just to make it feel somewhat liveable and comfortable for our time there - the things that were really dirty (like dishes and food prep areas, as well as the bathroom) then gave us the feeling of "if these are not clean then what else is really dirty?"Finally, the VRBO map of the approximate location was quite off from the actual location, and the details on the property listing did not share enough information, so we were a bit surprised when we learned that the property was right on the main road. This did make for a noisier stay than we had anticipated. The property management company was responsive to our call and did offer to have a cleaning company come after the weekend to tidy up, and they did bring more towels and dish cloths for us. They did also report that they would involve the owner of property with the hope that he will get some work completed to fix the broken and moulding parts of the flat.
