Bedrooms The property features two generously sized double bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a versatile super king-size zip-and-link bed that can be configured as either a super king or two single beds. Both bedrooms benefit from a stylish en-suite shower rooms.
Please note: the 2nd bedroom will be set up as a super king-size unless specifically requested as 2 x singles. We do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.

At the front, you'll be greeted by a well-maintained landscape. There is free parking for 1 car. For EVs, there is an outdoor charging socket located in the driveway. Charged at cost via an honesty box. **Please note that you need to bring your own charging lead**.

We strongly recommend checking current parking regulations in advance of your arrival. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Access is via a key safe, the instructions for which will be provided within the week of your arrival.
Book Now To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart.
