    Vacant Nests are proud to present The Belfry, located in seton sands holiday park!



    Enjoy a relaxing coastal escape at Seton Sands Holiday Park in our spacious 3-bedroom caravan. Featuring a bright open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and fast Starlink WiFi, it’s perfect for families or groups. Comfortable bedrooms ensure a great night’s sleep, while modern amenities make your stay easy and enjoyable—your ideal home away from home by the sea.



    The Space:

    St Andrews features three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. The main bedroom has a king bed, while the two additional rooms each have two single beds and a sofa bed that sleep two guest is in the living room. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a TV, a modern bathroom and a toilet.

    Please note that there is an additional fee for the play pass, which grants access to a variety of exciting activities. A link to purchase the pass, along with a code, will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

    Take advantage of the pool during your stay. Here are the current opening times:

    Monday: 10:00 - 12:00, Owner Swim: 09:00 - 10:00

    Tuesday: 10:00 - 16:00, Owner Swim: 09:00 - 10:00

    Wednesday: 10:00 - 16:00, Owner Swim: 09:00 - 10:00

    Thursday: 10:00 - 16:00, Owner Swim: 09:00 - 10:00

    Friday: 10:00 - 12:00, Owner Swim: 09:00 - 10:00

    Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00, Owner Swim: 08:00 - 09:00

    Activities on-site can be booked 12 weeks in advance, with swimming bookings available 4 weeks in advance. During holiday periods, bookings go quickly, so early reservations are recommended.



    Minimum Stay:

    The minimum stay is three nights; however, guests staying for just one or two nights can still purchase a minimum three-night play pass.



    3 Nights: Friday- Monday

    4 Nights: Monday-Friday

    7 Nights; Saturday- Saturday

    Getting Around:

    By Car:

    From Edinburgh City Centre: Head southeast on the A1, following signs for the A1 South and Berwick-upon-Tweed. Take the exit toward A198/Coast Road/Seahouses from the A1. Continue on A198 and follow the signs for Seton Sands Holiday Village. Your destination will be on the right.





    By Bus:

    From Edinburgh City Centre: Take bus number 26 or 44 from Princes Street or Waverley Bridge toward East Linton or North Berwick. Exit at the Seton Sands stop, and from there it’s a short walk to Seton Sands Holiday Village.

    Approximate journey time: 45 minutes to 1 hour.



    By Bus:

    Use the Lothian Buses app or Traveline Scotland to check real-time schedules and plan your journey. Bus 26 runs frequently between Edinburgh and Seton Sands.

    Bus to Seton Sands: From Musselburgh Station, take bus number 26 or 44 to Seton Sands.

    Total journey time: Around 40-50 minutes, depending on wait times.



    By Train:

    Train to Musselburgh Station: From Edinburgh Waverley Station, take a train to Musselburgh (approximately 10 minutes).

    From Edinburgh Waverley Station: Take a train on the East Coast mainline (toward North Berwick or Dunbar). Exit at Musselburgh Station (about 7 minutes).

    From Musselburgh Station, you will need to take a short bus or taxi to Seton Sands (approximately 10-15 minutes).



    Other Things to Note:

    - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a

    fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



    - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your

    stay.

    -Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for

    replacement.



    - Also, kindly ensure that the oven is turned off before you check out of the unit.



    - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



    At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.



    Interaction with Guests:

    Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.
