This lower-level suite is completely self-contained and separate from the upstairs of the home, where the owner reside. No spaces are shared, and you’ll have complete privacy throughout your visit. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet evening by the fire or streaming Netflix in the living room, you’ll feel right at home in this thoughtfully designed retreat.
Located just a short drive to South Edmonton Common, Whyte Ave, and downtown, you’re close to the best shopping, dining, and nightlife Edmonton has to offer.
Other things to note ✦ Please note✦ - Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- The AC system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.
- Please note that free street parking is available only along Glenridding Blvd, as there are snow piles in front of the house after grading and the driveway is off limits
Please note that there is NO BACKYARD ACCESS included with this listing. Guests may enjoy the private patio located on the lower ground walk-out level, but the grass area is not part of the guest stay.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
*Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
